Smuggling into Myanmar "earns a high salary" and "panning for gold" dreams are shattered and sentenced.

"It’s so easy to work abroad."

"Going abroad for gold, getting rich is not a dream"

Have you ever heard of such a demagogic advertisement? Under the temptation of high salary, some people risked smuggling and rushed to "overseas gold rush" dreaming of "getting rich overnight", but they did not know that what was waiting for them was an inescapable French Open. Recently, Xiangcheng District People’s Court held a public hearing to hear a case of illegally crossing the country (border).

Case review

At the end of June 2019, the defendant Xiao Wang saw the high-paying recruitment information of Bellamy waiters in WeChat group, so he added WeChat and sneaked out of Yunnan Province to work in a KTV in a certain place in Myanmar under the arrangement of Bellamy Company. After working for two months, Xiao Wang wanted to go back to China, so he asked a friend to find the local "snakehead" in Myanmar and sneaked back to China at his own expense of more than 3,000 yuan. In the following two years, Xiao Wang sneaked across the border five times in the same way. In 2023, when the police of the police station checked the returnees in northern Myanmar, they called Xiao Wang to check. Xiao Wang arrived at the case and truthfully confessed his criminal facts, and was criminally detained by the public security organs according to law.

Referee result

The court held that the defendant Xiao Wang violated the laws and regulations on border control and repeatedly crossed the border, and the circumstances were serious, which constituted the crime of crossing the border. Considering that the defendant Xiao Wang surrendered himself and truthfully confessed his crimes, he can be given a lighter punishment according to law; And the purpose of illegally leaving the country is to provide labor services, which has not caused social harmful consequences. Based on the principle of combining punishment with education, probation can be applied. Finally, the defendant Xiao Wang was convicted of crossing the border, sentenced to four months’ criminal detention, suspended for six months, and fined RMB 2,000.

Judge’s statement

The national border is sacred and inviolable, and it is illegal and criminal to cross the country (border) illegally. Please consciously abide by laws and regulations. Don’t believe in all kinds of overseas high-paying recruitment, take chances and take risks. Once you violate the national laws, you will be sent to hell to pay.

The motive behind the announcement that the United States listed the Iranian army as a terrorist organization is intriguing!

BEIJING, April 9 (Xinhua)-According to a comprehensive report, the US-Iraq enmity record has added to the waves. On the 8 th, US President Trump put a "ruthless move" on Iran and announced that the Islamic Revolutionary Guards queue was a terrorist organization. This is the first time that the United States has listed a country’s national armed forces as a terrorist organization. Iran then fought back and identified the US military forces as terrorist organizations. Israel ushered in parliamentary elections on the 9th. At this time, the United States increased pressure on Iran, and the motivation behind it was intriguing.

The United States has made a "vicious move" to list the Iranian army as a terrorist organization.

On the 8th local time, US President Trump officially announced that Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) was listed as a "foreign terrorist organization". This is the first time that the United States has listed a country’s national armed forces as a terrorist organization.

Trump said that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is the main means for the Iranian government to command and implement its global terrorist actions, and any business dealings with or support for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps will be at risk.

Trump said that this move will increase the scope and intensity of the US "extreme pressure" on Iran. He said that this decision sent a clear signal to Tehran that Iran’s support for terrorism would have serious consequences. The United States will continue to increase economic sanctions.

According to the report, US Secretary of State Pompeo is a tough critic of Iran, who promoted this policy change as part of the Trump administration’s tough stance towards Teheran.

This determination will take effect on April 16 and will allow the Trump administration to impose criminal penalties on members of the organization and foreign officials who are regarded as assisting them.

Before the announcement, the United States had blacklisted dozens of entities and personnel associated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, but not the entire organization.

Iran retaliated by accusing the US of threatening regional peace.

Shortly after the United States announced that the Iranian army was listed as a terrorist organization, Iran quickly responded in kind. Iran’s Supreme National Security Council announced on the evening of the 8th that it identified the US Central Command and its troops stationed in West Asia as terrorist organizations.

Iran’s Supreme National Security Council said in a statement that the United States and its allies support "extremist and terrorist organizations" in West Asia, and Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has always been in the front line of "fighting terrorism and extremism" in the region.

The statement said that this move by the United States is an "illegal and stupid act", which blatantly violates international law and the Charter of the United Nations and poses a major threat to regional and international peace and stability. The United States should bear all the responsibilities for "all dangerous consequences" caused by this behavior.

It is reported that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps was established after the Islamic Revolution in Iran in 1979. Together with the Iranian Defense Forces, it forms the regular Iranian armed forces, with three services: sea, land and air. Defending the Islamic revolutionary regime is the core mission of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard. In addition, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps also plays an important role in transportation, energy, trade, finance and other fields related to Iran’s economic lifeline.

The motives behind Israel’s election today and the United States are intriguing

Israel ushered in parliamentary elections on the 9th, and Trump’s statement that the Iranian army was listed as a terrorist organization was released the day before the Israeli election. Some analysts said that given that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will face difficult elections, the timing announced by the United States is intriguing.

It is reported that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is seeking a fifth term, and he has promised to strongly resist Iran’s threatening behavior throughout the Middle East.

It is reported that the foreign expedition branch of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps — — The Al-Quds Army has been actively involved in the fight against the extremist organization "Islamic State" terrorists in Syria and other radical organizations opposed to the Syrian government. But Israel believes that Iran poses a threat to Israel’s survival.

In fact, after Trump took office, the US government not only withdrew from the Iranian nuclear deal, but also took many actions to support the Israeli government, especially on the Palestinian-Israeli issue. Last year, the United States moved its embassy in Israel to Jerusalem.

Recently, the President of the United States also acknowledged Israel’s claim to the Golan Heights occupied since 1967, which aroused strong condemnation from Syria.

Trump’ s move against the Iranian army has also been criticized before. Some critics have warned that this may set a precedent for US military and intelligence officials to take similar actions against unfriendly governments.

The Revenge between the United States and Iraq after Trump took office

In January 2017, Trump was elected as the 45th president of the United States. Since taking office, Trump has been constantly releasing his attitude of withdrawing from the Iranian nuclear deal. In July, Trump "reluctantly recognized" Iran’s compliance with the agreement in the congressional review, but said Iran violated the "spirit" of the agreement.

In May 2018, US President Trump announced that the United States would withdraw from the Iranian nuclear deal and restart sanctions against Iraq.

In August 2018, the United States began to resume some sanctions against Iran that were lifted when it signed the the Iranian nuclear deal in 2015, mainly targeting Iran’s non-energy sectors such as finance, metals, minerals and automobiles.

In November 2018, the United States restarted the second batch of sanctions against Iran, mainly in the fields of energy and shipping.

On April 8, 2019, the United States announced that it would rank the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard as a terrorist organization. This is the first time that the United States has listed a country’s national armed forces as a terrorist organization.
